Azure Carnes Crossroads Apartments

I moved here in July 2025 and from the start I have had nothing but a Great experience. Smooth move in process, and when I have had any issues maintenance and the office staff have been very helpful and willing to make accommodations when needed. Office staff communicates very well and is always willing to help if something comes up. The community overall is amazing, great amenities, the gym is a full gym, the club house and pool are amazing and the bonus is that they even have a dog wash...I will add they are Military Friendly and very understanding in that aspect. I would recommend this Apartment Community to anyone looking for a nice quiet place to call home. They definitely make you feel like you are at home here.

I’ve lived here since February of last year and I have nothing but good remarks in terms of my experience I’ve had while here. Staff is super friendly, maintenance requests are fulfilled promptly, relatively quiet area, and the best for last.. the free coffee in the leasing office 😍. No seriously though I remember them completely my rental application in a timely manner and helped with me all my questions I had for a first time renter. Would definitely recommend living here. (I took those photos outside on a sunny day in my free time)

The worst decision of my life. The front office staff is awful—except for one girl who was actually helpful throughout this terrible experience. My dog has serious skin issues, which I clearly explained before even moving in. One of the main reasons I chose this place was the dog washing room, but it closes at 8 PM—and sometimes even earlier depending on their mood. My dog needs to be washed frequently, so what’s the point of paying for a “dog washing area” that’s never open when you need it! When I mentioned this to the assistant manager, all I received was disrespectful communication. I have never lived in an apartment complex where the dog wash isn’t accessible 24/7. If I could, I would give it 0 stars. Management is horrible, they don’t give a shit about their residents and all they care about is the money. We had upstairs neighbors that had two golden doodles, big dogs, that would run around day and night, bark at everything and management wouldn’t do anything about it since it’s inside their apartment but according to the lease, it states that no animal is allowed to disturb other residents inside and outside apartment. They don’t follow their own lease agreement. They wouldn’t accommodate us and help us out with our lease and reduce some of the amount of the buyout lease. We weren’t the first residents that have complained about those specific dogs and residents. They have had issues with them in the past and continue to do so but won’t do anything

This Apartment Complex it’s the worst I ever live. Overflow garage on the hallways , pet waste everywhere, The pool isnt even maintained properly and always close, Amenities have fire ants everywhere, elevators are no properly clean and never work, Tenants have pool parties after hours police most of the time has to get involved no mention it’s always police presence . Management don’t seems to care . Property Management has to do better for the Tenants this place it’s no maintenance property.
