Avli at Crosstown Center Apartments

My wife and I just moved to The Avli two weeks ago, and we are totally enjoying the experience. The office personnel (Brandon, Sakeena, and Dominique) have been so very welcoming. Sakeena and Dominique provided great assistance in selecting our apartment and navigating the lease process. (I especially appreciate Dominique’s patience in answering all my questions, even my silly ones!). The maintenance team (we have met Brian, John, and TJ so far) has been super in addressing our requests. The amenities here are terrific, especially the salt water pool and the fitness center. All the residents we have met have been so friendly. The location is truly ideal, situated on a quiet boulevard between Route 301 and Falkenburg Road. I highly recommend The Avli!!

I absolutely love living at The Avli! I’ve been here for 2 months now and the atmosphere is exactly what I was looking for. When I come home I’m truly at peace and thankful I found this place. Amazing amenities. I love the gym and outdoor turf area. If they could add a fire pit area that would be so cool! Brandon and the front desk staff is so sweet and helpful. They really take care of this place and the residents that I’ve met so far are so nice.

I absolutely love living at The Avli! I’ve been here for 2 months now and it has checked off all my boxes. I have no complaints. I would only suggest that it would be awesome to have a fire pit area for this time of year! Both front desk staff and maintenance are so friendly and always available to help. I love all the amenities and the gym has great equipment. My apartment is so peaceful and beautiful. I love it here and I never want to leave!

The AVLI at Crosstown Center is a total game-changer! Not just saying this, seriously, best place I’ve lived at since I moved to Florida nearly 7 years ago. From the moment I walked in, it felt like stepping into a lifestyle, not just an apartment. The modern architecture, spotless common areas, and warm, welcoming staff made me instantly feel at home. The attention to detail here is unreal: high ceilings, gorgeous finishes, fixtures, modern style decorations and amenities that make every day feel like a staycation. The pool area? Pure resort vibes. The gym? Legit better than most commercial ones. And don’t even get me started on the community events, who else does themed socials, food trucks, and has It’s very own dog park so even your little fur babies feel right at home with their own

I toured this community multiple times and most recently toured with Dominique, who was very friendly, welcoming, and easy to talk to, which encouraged me to apply. After applying, I received a conditional approval pending rental history verification. My application was later denied because my current leaseholder initially declined to release my rental history. I was not informed of this until after the denial, and only after I personally called the leasing office for clarity. Leasing consultant Brandon advised me that if I obtained the rental history myself, it could be sent to corporate for reconsideration. I did exactly that and had the documentation sent over. Unfortunately, Brandon was very nonchalant and not proactive as promised, and I received no follow-up or clear communication.
