The worst Apartment to live in. The switch out the management like the change their underwear. There managers have no idea what is going on. They have nasty attitudes that is not needed. They can never give you the time that maintenance will come. They don’t know anything about their job description. You have to beg them to come out and fix things. Then when they do come they ask you the same questions leave and don’t come back then you get an email stating that they repaired everything when they did not. Then you have to put in another maintenance request and waiting for another long period time for them to do the repairs. Oh and the maintenance people are always fired and then they hire new ones and then you have to explain your issue again to the new people that just started. I am calli

So after I posted my review, I got an eviction notice email for $188.00 I do owe it. I spoke with management on December 7, 2023, and made her aware that I would pay the $188.00 late fee for not paying $100 for December rent. We pay an extra $100 for month to month..$88 late fee. Made her aware when I get paid (recently got a job in Franklin TN), so I get paid every 2 weeks, and payday was December 8, 2023. I live in Clarksville, TN, and as most of you know, our town had an EF-3 tornado that hit on December 9, 2023. Although we didn't have any damage to our home we are staying in, we still had to pay for a hotel as there was no electricity in Clarksville AMYWHERE. That's about $800 since the insurance I have is still covering the apartment at Avery Park Apts. 🙄 So, due to one of my cowork

I first moved here in 2006 when these apartments were under the name Covington Crossing. I really liked these apartments at the time. Even though my rent was only $435, I got more than what I paid for. It was quiet and the office staff were VERY attentive. At that time the property management was LEDIC. When another property management took over, there have been a revolving door of office staff and maintenance, you never know who's going to enter your home when you have a maintenance emergency or what attitude you will encounter when you need to walk into the office to pay your rent. I could never get used to the faces. After LEDIC passed the property over to another management company (This happend 5 times) I have had instances where my apartment has flooded due to the neighbors' upstair

My first year beening was the best so excited to be there... Until the first month of the second year I resigned my lease. My apartment flooded (which was downstairs) due to upstairs hot water heater durst. Couldn't get through to no one for help the "page the hotline for emergencies" is a lie as I just stood there while my home was being distorted. The next day when the office opened I talked to Mrs. Angela Green about my situation told her I needed help NOW like ASAP cause I'm homeless and I can't stay here. Floor covered in water, celling falling in, water damage everywhere, it was a mess. Asked her if she wanted to see proof she said, "No I'll be over there soon". It took 30minutes for her to get there; look through every room only to say "you only need a wet vac" (video is on my Faceb

If I could give them NO STARS I would. Do Not Apply !!! They have been giving me the run around for over a month. Then they told me that I could not get an apartment because of the “COVID care act” which unfortunately I did not know what that was at the time but now I know they were LYING TO ME ! That act has nothing to do with moving in somewhere. So you telling me your no longer gonna fill vacancies as people move out ? LIARS. I am REPORTING these apartments for misleading me and wasting my time. I am a single damn mother trying to get out of a bad situation and they had NO RIGHT to treat me this way.
