Avenues at Creekside Apartments and Townhomes

TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT, i’ve been overcharged 120$ dollars a month on water, i made the management aware like 8 different times since october and they are so lazy, i have to call for updates all the time because they lack transparency. Maintenance and pest control is another issue, i’ve had to spend 80 dollars on my own bee and wasp killer, took them almost a week to come fix my stove when it broke. Clint (maintenance) came to check my tub in december after me calling about it for months, gets in the tub with shoes on and tells me the tub is leaky and he will have to order the part. Yesterday another maintenance man LET himself into my apartment to also check out the part to see if it was leaking. on my work order it clearly states ENTER BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. We have been living in Avenues at the Creekside for 18 months and we cant be happier. The management team is excellent— Mireya Kevin , Christopher and Jessica - the property manager’s are friendly and very responsive, and maintenance tech is ALWAYS quick to fix any issues and he is extremely professional and pleasant person. For example In the summer our A/C broke and they immediately gave us temporary replacement - and the whole unit was replaced in less then 3 days. That’s is above and beyond service. The apartment we occupy is spacious and clean, and I feel safe here thanks to the secure entry and security features. Also - The building location is great - it is walking distance to so many shops and restaurants. Highly recommend!

I have been a resident at Avenues at Creekside for a year now, and I absolutely love it! The complex is wonderful. Very family friendly. Just an overall welcoming environment. Management is professional and kind, and maintenance moves quick and helps with anything. 10/10 recommend Avenues at Creekside for anyone - families, singles, couples, ANYONE!

I have lived at the Avenues for 18 months and I did not have any problems or issues while living here. The ladies in the office were so helpful with any request I had. The apartments are quiet and never had any problems with any of the neighbors. I would definitely recommend living at this apartment complex.

I’ve been living here for over 5 years and have truly loved being part of this community. The location is fantastic — close to everything I need and very convenient. The front office staff is incredibly approachable, personable, and always willing to help when something comes up. It’s clear they genuinely care about the residents and the community they’ve built here. I’ve had a great experience living here and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming place to call home!
