I have been living at Aventino since 2007, and it truly feels like home. The location is excellent and very convenient for work, the amenities are great, and the sense of community with neighbors is something I truly value. I am especially grateful for the current management. Alex has been caring, responsive, and professional, and the overall experience has significantly improved under his leadership. There are still a few areas that could be improved. The AC/heater unit is extremely loud, making it difficult to run at night. The windows and doors are not well sealed, which causes air leakage and results in high electricity bills. I moved to this community last June. Although there were some bumps, maintenance manager James helped me maintain this apartment in perfect condition. Manager Alex Blagoi, Assistant Manager Megan Chumley, and leasing specialist Cheyleen Cherry are caring, thoughtful staff who support all residents' needs. So, I highly recommend this fantastic apartment to everyone.
