Avalon Apartments

We love Avalon! This place has it all. They have a beautiful clubhouse by the pool equipped with outdoor games, gas grills, a pool table inside, a gym and tanning bed. They also have hammocks near the playground. They have a dog wash/ car wash station with vacuum, offer garages and on site storage. Plus they have a dog park and valet trash service. The area is quiet and convenient to the highway. The staff are great! Maitenance is quick to fix anything that breaks. This place has been one of the best places to rent!

I just moved into this place and so far it has been amazing! The cleanliness of the property in general is off the charts! Everything seems to be very well maintained. The staff on site has been more than helpful in making sure that my move in went as smooth as it possibly could go. My leasing guy Isaac and the community manager Tori were both very helpful in ensuring that I have a nice new comfortable place that I can call home! Thank you!

Super friendly and helpful staff, plenty of room for my fur baby, open floor space. I absolutely LOVE it here! Isaac from the get go has been awesome, very helpful and very informative, he had to walk me through a few things cause it's been decades since I've lived in an apartment. Isaac is a gem!

I had a concern regarding my Rewards Card and Isaac was very informative. He always rates a '5' on anything I've ever discussed with him! He was very polite and helpful, but my problem is still not totally resolved. This staff has always been very eager to help in any way and I've enjoyed every year that I have been here. It's a great, quiet, thoughtful place to live ! ❤️

We moved into Avalon, without a single complication. I am very much a (self-proclaimed) clean freak so I came prepared to clean on the day we got our keys. I walked in and it smelled clean, but then I also noticed the lovely, coveted vacuum tracks on the carpet! It was GLORIOUS Lol anyways, we needed a situation with our air not cooling evenly throughout the apartment and they were QUICK to send hvac! maintenance has already lived up to their reputation of being quick and thorough with any necessary calls! We love the staff, the amenities, and community! We've met a few neighbors so far and are very pleased, to say the very least! Thank you Avalon team for a great experience so far with our very first apartment experience!
