Autumn Ridge Apartments

We filled out an application back in December. After some back and forth we were finally approved without an official notice. They initially told us the unit was ready to be moved into (this was on January 6,2025) by the 15th of the month. We were then told that it still needed some work done so they were not sure when we could move in. I followed up on Jan 13, 2025 asking for an update because we needed to know asap in case we needed to look elsewhere. We received no calls back, no emails. We decided it would be best to look elsewhere and found another apartment that approved and signed us the same day. There are clearly communication issues with the office to residence, the company to residence, and maintenance to the office. Over all this place was not a bad place to live for a short time. The worst experiences we had was repairs not being fixed (especially the front door for safety reasons) and the fact that the company increased our rent without warning. They didn’t even handle it well. In the end we had to contact the BBB who was able to get us a credit applied to the account and get our front door fixed. But the damage was done. We no longer trusted the company we were renting from. Of all the other places we have lived this isn’t the worst but it definitely is not the best. Horrible management company that will take a week to give a landlord reference. I'm a landlord trying to get a reference for a previous tenant there and it's impossible. The owner of this place should change the management ASAP

Unfortunately, we've been experiencing ongoing issues with Autumn Ridge residents using our parking lot. In the past, previous managers, Courtney and April, were proactive in addressing and alleviating these problems, and we appreciated their help. However, the new management seems uninterested in supporting the surrounding community. Despite multiple emails attempting to resolve the matter, the responses I've received have been unprofessional. In coordination with local law enforcement, we were advised to communicate with the management, but so far, there has been no constructive dialogue. I hope this changes soon so we can work together to resolve these issues.

Autumn Ridge staff is a real joke. We applied for an apartment on July 5, 2022 and it has been 3 weeks and still no information. The staff have attitudes problems and very unprofessional. My husband paid $118.00 for a application fee and we canceled our application, just received an email saying it going to take 30 days to refund his money in a check. But it did not take 30 days in a check for them to take it off my debit card. We are very upset with this apartment complex and will tell anyone don't rent from them they play to many games.
