As a mother who has visited Aurora multiple times to see my son, I cannot say enough wonderful things about this community. From the moment I walked into the lobby, everything feels/looks polished, welcoming, and beautifully maintained. The common areas are clean, the hallways are fresh, and the amenities, especially the pool and hot tub, are absolutely lovely. I pay attention to details, and every time I’ve been here, the property has felt well cared for and thoughtfully managed. The staff truly stand out! Adam Leach, Jawana Page, and Andre Montague have always been kind, professional, and very friendly 😍 I look forward to seeing them each time I visit! We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Aurora Apartments. My son lives here and it has been absolutely wonderful knowing he’s in such a safe, clean, and welcoming community. The building is beautiful and well maintained, and the atmosphere is peaceful and comfortable. A special thank-you to Jahara, who is truly amazing .anytime he needs anything, she responds immediately and makes sure everything is taken care of. I stayed in the Aurora for 7 days on a business trip! Honestly, a fantastic experience. The complexe in itself is amazing; includes everything you need to live happily onsite! The staff treats you with respect and takes care of your needs. Definitely recommend!

THEY KEEP DELETING MY REVIEW BECAUSE THEY CANNOT HANDLE ACCOUNTABILITY I have never dealt with more unprofessional , inconsiderate, people. Completely unacceptable for a “luxury” apartment. What should have been a straightforward internal transfer — which we were explicitly promised had been fully handled by Andre — instead turned into weeks of inconsistent communication, shifting terms, and blatant mismanagement. We were repeatedly lied to, pushed around, and ignored. If you’re happy to spend money, management is happy; the second a problem arises, they leave you in the dust. I have been living in the Aurora Downtown Tampa Apartments for over 4 years and it has been a wonderful experience. On every account Aurora staff has been helpful, timely, and has gone out of their way to make my experience hassle-free. From my initial move in to regular maintenance along the way, every request I submit is responded to on that day if not soon after even for minor issues. At the front office, I have worked with Debbie a number of times who always helps me with warmth and personalized attention. The amenities are fantastic, with pleasant serene outside spaces including the pool and other lounge space, and a nice and spacious gym. Building updates are sent timely and with key details through any minor or major event. All building repairs are done incredibly timely. Great atte
