I was extremely impressed by their commitment to going the extra mile. Working with Mrs. Suzzie /Terrence has streamlined my process In a great timely matter.THINK TWICE-UPDATES….. I definitely wish I had have read all the reviews on Google and on the Better Business Bureau website about this company before I started renting from them. I’ve been really enjoying my new home with Atlas. The entire process was smooth and efficient, and I especially appreciate how everything is handled electronically — from paperwork to communication — which made moving in stress-free and convenient. The home itself is beautiful and exactly what I was hoping for. A special thank you to Suzzie, my leasing agent, who supported me every step of the way. She was responsive, helpful, and made sure all my questions were answered throughout the process. Her professionalism and care truly made a difference. The entire move in process has been great. The leasing agent JoAnn was so helpful and made everything easy for me. Once I signed my lease I had to do a check in on the property. I was told to submit a maintenance request for any issues that needed to be resolved. They sent someone out next business day to fix my lock. Then I had a toilet issue and again, Elton was sent out to fix it. He immediately got to work and not only is my toilet not running water when it’s not supposed to, he redid the seal under the toilet and added caulk. My first week being with Atlas has been better than the 3 years with my previous landlord. 10/10

Elton came out to my unit and fixed the doors and Elton was awesome. He did a wonderful job. He was very respectful. He was very prompt. He was quite knowledgeable in everything that he repaired while he was here. I am so pleased with his work and I thank you guys for sending him out to take care of my issues. Awesome, awesome awesome great job. that be perfect also Jacob, Steven and Terry these guys were awesome. They came out to repair my HVAC system. They were very respectful very prompt very knowledgeable and what they were doing. I am so grateful to have these gentlemen in my home to do the repair work that they did thank you guys so much. They were also awesome outstanding thank you Caleb came out to my residence today, February 11, 2026. He was awesome not only was he awesome he was
