Atlantic on Main Apartments

We recently visited the Atlantic on Main apartment complex, and we were genuinely impressed. From the outside, the facilities already look appealing—but stepping inside takes it to another level. The two-bedroom apartment we visited felt incredibly spacious—much larger than we anticipated. Every part of it, from the kitchen and living area to the bedrooms and bathrooms, boasts a clean, modern design that feels both stylish and comfortable. It’s the kind of space that makes it easy to imagine making it your own. Our favorite moments were simply relaxing on the balcony or by the pool, chatting with loved ones while enjoying the atmosphere. I looked at two apartments today with Jordan. This agent was kind, professional, and showed me two very nice apartments. I loved the clubhouse and amenities. The gym is a great space. I would use that daily. Pool area has umbrellas and plenty of chairs. The work from home spaces are perfect as well as the outside kitchen grills. Dog friendly! I saw lots of four legged friends on leashes! Loved the ability rent a private garage. Customer service here was top tier.

Update on 01/16/26: I figured I had better update my review because the ladies in the office have been making a concerted effort to fix the trash problem. I recently switched buildings, and moved into a bigger place, and it seems like there are more people who are concerned about people leaving trash out all weekend long, because more people are complaining than just me. Unfortunately, there are some people that just suck and think the rules don't apply to them. At least when I complain about trash being left out, I'm now getting a reply to my email. If only they could get the package room system working...I'd give the property that last star. Also, I really enjoy talking/complaining about the Steelers with the other fans in the leasing office. From day one of touring units and the grounds with Ms. Genna to having lived in my unit for almost 5 months now, Atlantic on Main has exceeded every expectation I have had about apartment living based on past experiences. Both the office staff and maintenance crew are welcoming and friendly. Since moving into my unit, my dog insists we stop into the front office so she can say hello to her best friend Ms. Jordan, who is always prepared with what are apparently my dog’s favorite treats. If you don’t have cameras protecting your personal property then you are screwed. They do not care if your vehicles are broken into, vandalized, stolen, broken into, or gas stolen out your gas tank in your work vehicle. All they worried about is collecting rent each month. It’s gross negligence on their end. The rent is way over priced for amenities and apartments. Especially the internet that cost $80 a month and works when it wants to. I felt safe and comfortable when I first moved here three years ago, but not after being here for a while I see they don’t really care. They also do not communicate with you accordingly when you’re moving units on what you have to pay. The tell you last minute and then cost you close to $4,000 in two months due to their poor communication. They then refuse
