Atalaya Property Management

I have owned a property managed by this outfit for 6 years now. I have had more communications about the lack of cleaning in my building than I care to list. They appear to have no intention of permanently remedying a recurring problem while collecting our management fees and apparently paying a non-performing vendor. I have reported several discrepancies such as the cleaning, gutters that are full of leaves, mud, and debris, all to no avail. They temporarily fixed the cleaning for a few months, but guess what? It’s not being done again! Guess what they told me this time? “They’re supposed to come every other week!” The gutters? Still full and now there’s plants growing in them! This company is extremely disappointing. This company is not customer focused at all. They are extremely unresponsive. I have emails to prove this as in the very beginning of my conversations with them I had to push an entire year and get one answer. I still have one individual that I have sent emails to asking for help and I do not get any responses. I did get one response at the very beginning, but it took one year to get an answer.

Unfortunately, my experience with this management company has been disappointing. The staff consistently comes across as dismissive and unapproachable, often making interactions feel tense or uncomfortable. Rather than being helpful or solution-oriented, they give the impression that assisting homeowners and their realtors is a burden. I truly hope they reconsider how they engage with the people they serve, as a more respectful and supportive approach would make a significant difference.

I too live at GGV. I have had other companies in other locations and 2 here. Atalaya and their entire staff are so amazing to work with. I was President of our Board and signed to bring them in as our management company. So much knowledge and trust me when I say… they are so patient. Matthew is amazing. Big shout out also to Tracy the owner of the company. Just not enough good can be said about the entire staff. Thank you all!!

It is a property management company. Don't need to say any thing else. They are all the same. The people are nice when you talk to them about an issue.but they don't respond I talked the two years ago about some rotting wood outside my condo back door they said they would look into it . They were painting our building at the time.so I thought it would be a good time to replace it. That was two years ago. Nothing has happened
