Joe Iacobelli is my Stony Ridge Condo Community manager. He does an amazing job with all of my concerns. I always receive a prompt response and he goes on to solve my particular situation. He goes above and beyond. Joe is a courteous, reliable asset to your organization.

AMI incorrectly handles financial documents, performs unapproved work, and conducts Harassment practices against the residents of there communities. They do not properly prepare tax documents nor communicate where funds are at all times. They also send out documents and notices without the board of director approvals. They use their own "Vendors" who perform sub par work that does not pass an inspection and can cause extreme emergencies to occur that could be life threatening. It is a shame that an organization conducts themselves in such a manner. Highly do not recommend AMI to anyone. Especially when it comes to safety of there residents.

I am a condo Board Member. A few months ago, when Constance Toles became our Property Manager, I felt as though a weight had been lifted from my shoulders. We are in the midst of several projects that need professional, experienced managerial oversight. Constance enthusiastically stepped up to the job and resolved the issues along the way. Over the past few months, Constance has regularly visited our property to inspect and advise on projects, has provided emergency support for a co-owner and has skillfully negotiated a deal with a vendor. I appreciate Constance's service to our community.

Our previous HOA did a poor job of helping our subdivision with normal maintenance tasks...then we found out that our roof replacement fund had been underfunded for OVER 10 YEARS, and nobody on our Board noticed. So, the board switched to AMI. Ever since the move, our HOA payment has been going up, and up, AND UP. Increases for this, for that, for POOLSIDE FURNITURE, FFS. Every time we see an email from AMI, it's another hand-out for more money...and that includes the THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS they're dunning us for the roofs, which are at their expected 'end of life'. People are putting their condos up for sale at a pace we've not seen in the 20 years we've lived here, and I can't blame them.
