Aspire Colorado Springs

I applied recently and because the link they sent me to show proof if income, Did Not Work. I sent a message the next day about it. No response. The manager Did Not tell me to cancel i have to do it within 72 hours. I tried for 1 week to get help then I did Cancel. But they told me I can't get a refund of $200. Im a Senior looking for a place. Bad customer service!!!!

Getting started here was an absolute dream! I was pretty worried about getting my own apartment for the first time, but Syd in the office was incredibly patient with me and answered my many questions. The location is fantastic (lotta really useful shops in the immediate walkable area), and the new management is working hard to get new features added and old features updated.

This place sucks. Don’t rent here. No pool for the past 2 months. Washers and dryers don’t even work. Water is shut off at least 3 times a week sometimes without even a notice! New management has money to invest in new landscaping and renovation but can’t even fix Ac in specific units. Or money to pay someone to clean hallways they look gross. Not to mention the homeless people that sit by the dumpster to smoke crack. Overall not a good place to live.

Update 8/15/2025 - This property is under new management and the new manager has paid the outstanding balance. Thank you. :) This property does not pay their bills. This apartment complex has owed my company over 2 thousand dollars since August of 2024 for work we did on the property. The manager, Brenda, lies to us every time we call saying the check is supposed to go out this week. It's been 7 months. I can't imagine they are managing the property very well if they can't pay contractors for doing work for them. Update: I appreciate you responding. Brenda reached out after seeing my review and informed us about Vendor Shield. We then found out from Vendor Shield that Aspire (Brenda) has to add us first before we can apply for approval. We are still waiting for that to happen. I

There are only a few good things to say about this apartment with the new management. The rent is good, especially compared to other apartments in town. But when you consider the lack of “give a crap” about their residents, you get what you pay for. The washing machines rarely ever work. The a/c unit often stops working and the maintenance workers don’t consider it an emergency- even when it’s 90+ degrees outside. And the noise level is obnoxious. There are lots of strangers who dump their trash in our dumpsters and people like to Fri e the wrong way. Oh and you l can’t back up into spaces in the parking lot.
