Maintenance is superb, unlike some places, you place work order, get in line and wait, within reason there is no waiting! I like the office staff, hopefully corporate will keep the now staff. My opinion to be profitable as a business, you have to be allowed to do your job, (example) we have gone through 3 managers since I have been here!

I have really enjoyed living at Aspenwood. Prior to moving out of town 13 years ago, I lived here. I enjoyed it so much I moved back when I returned to Louisville. The staff here are responsive and friendly. I appreciate that they take time to send out community updates and news. The maintenance team is knowledgeable, punctual, and they do a great job on the rare occasion an issue arises. They also do a great job of proactively taking care of the grounds, which are in tip-top shape at all times. It’s easy to find a nice apartment out there; however, if you want a nice place AND a community who cares about your experience, move here.

We've been at Aspenwood for a while now and I can say that I enjoy living here. Some of the best pros is that the area is incredibly quiet and safe from my experience so far. Even the apartments, while you always are going to have to expect to hear other people when you live around people, the most we really ever hear is footsteps. The parking situation is nice, while we have to park further away from the apartment sometimes, there's always space. Additionally, they actually enforce parking which is a plus. The maintenance man also has a ton of experience at this property and is very knowledgeable. The only real con is that there is some damage left over from the previous tenant, but within a month, they've gotten it pretty much taken care of. I feel like I can rely on Ben, the maintenanc

We just toured these apartments and they are lovely! Did not like the lower level unit but the one on the first level was spacious and clean. Alex was kind and very sweet. Thank you for the details after touring and thank you for your time.

I’ve been here just over 2 years. It’s a very quiet and friendly community. The maintenance man Ben is awesome, always on top of things! & The in office staff is always ready to address any concerns.
