I lived here many years and plan to continue to be a long term resident. The complex is conveniently located near groceries and pharmacy for those like myself that does not drive. The grounds on the complex are always clean and the lawn stays mowed. The community of the complex is quiet and I haven't ever had any safety concerns especially at night. The complex gives a welcoming feel to anyone regardless of ethnicity, religion, gender, sexuality, and political parties.The office manager, Alysha is always friendly and gives the same respect to you that you give her. Anytime I've had a maintenance concern, she has it taken care of it timely.

This place is absolutely amazing! If you are looking for a super quiet place to live with friendly people this place is the place for you. Also super cute puppies. The management is very professional and very friendly. When you see them walking on the property they will wave say hello and chit chat for a few mins. Moved into a studio apartment with brand new appliances brand new carpets. When I had one issue. Maintenance was there in just a few minutes.

Lived there for 2 years. Basic 1 bedroom apt.. Management calls tenants “ You People “ referring to tenants who live on property. . Does not like older people’s driving , Does not our President. Does not like any type of Fast cars . This property is Much older then you think Appliances r 2 nd hand , smoke detectors r old even after replacement they r continuously going off . Several complaints about cock roaches ,spiders , ants and silver fish . Any type of bugs these apartments have.. MICE . 1 bedrooms r not remodeled like pictures shown. Management is very rude and uses profanity openly. Do not waste ur money . Most side walks r uneven and causes falls or tripping Water-leaking Roofs , throughout entire complex . Huge Disappointment . Save ur money totally not worth it .

This is by far my favorite apartment complex I have stayed in. The property manager, Lori, will always get you anything you need. The small complex makes it not feel as.. industrial. All of the neighbors are nice and very quiet. You are right down the road from the mall, and stores and food places but far enough back where the property is pretty with all of the scenery. I also cant forget about the maintenance guy. Places I lived before, it would take forever to get something fixed in my apartment or they wouldn't fix what you needed done. The maintenance guy is efficient and nice! One of my personal favorite things about my own apartment is the insulation is nice.. with the heat and humidity and me personally keeping my place at 69 degrees (I like it extra cool) my electric bill is lowe

I just moved out I lived there from 2012 until 2022 they can't keep a maintenance person which means nothing will get done. There is black mold throughout my apartment and the whole building. My next door neighbors 2 years ago moved out because of black mold. Black Mold needs to be professionally removed not covered over when remodeled which is what they will do . There is no central air. I moved because they wanted to raise my rent but nothing in my apartment was new except the refrigerator which I received jan 2022 because it was so old I opened it one day and there was a roach in it. I still had not received the stove I was promised in January when I moved out at the end of June. The rent increase was not worth the apartment I was living in I didn't mind living there because the
