Asher

Just moved into The Asher and it’s amazing. Toured over eight different apartments and it’s bar none the best for price/location/community and the staff Lyric Robinson, a leasing representative, helped me move in last minute and was extremely competent and patient throughout the whole process from start to finish. 11/10 would recommend this area and highly recommend asking for Lyric in regards to touring, information leasing or any questions you might have.

The Asher impressed me the most. The amenities are great, but Rachel made the tour exceptional. Her enthusiasm, professionalism, and energy truly set her apart. On top of that, every time I’ve visited friends at The Asher, Rachel has always made me feel welcome and is consistently so kind. I don’t usually write reviews, but this one was well deserved.

I lived at Asher during my time in Tampa, and it was genuinely one of the best apartment experiences I’ve had. The building is modern, well maintained, and the amenities fit perfectly with the Water Street atmosphere — bright, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The pool deck and common areas became my go-to spots to work or unwind, and the location made everyday errands incredibly convenient.

The amount of time, care, and understanding that Asher puts into its residents is truly incredible. Rachael in particular has gone above and beyond to help me, taking the time to answer every question and address any concern I’ve had. The service I’ve received while searching for my new apartment has been exceptional and has by far exceeded my expectations. Thank you to Rachael and the rest of the team at Asher for all of your help!

The concierge & Roost staff are amazing! Loved living here the first couple months. Parking garage is shared with valet which take up many more spots then just the ones that are marked for them. Also, this garage is public and anyone can park there for $50 bucks. With that being said, there were a few times that I (resident & paid $150 a month to park) did not always have a place to park. I was told to find somewhere else to park, keep the receipt and will be reimbursed. I moved out June 2nd. Had to reach out in August regarding my deposit check. They finally sent it almost 3 months later (once I reached out) and put my name & my mothers name, who was not on the lease on the check and now I can’t deposit the check even though my mother has signed the check as well. I’m assuming the check
