I have sent 15 letters to this company who claimed I owned them $15K in rent in April of 2020. This company placed a wrongful eviction on my name causing me to not be able to get a place of my own for 5 years. DO NOT RENT THROUGH THIS COMPANY THEY WILL DESTROY YOUR CREDIT!

Building has no weekend support so if you’re locked out of your unit, you’ll need to hite an independent locksmith and incur the costs. Also, leasing office requires you to give them a cooy of new key. Find another place to live.

If I could give a zero I would. These people do not answer the phone and the Bronx address they have for management is misleading. No office there. They have tons of vacant apartments with tons of people looking for apartments but they cant be matched up because these people fail to do their job

1374 Bronx River Ave. Building was nice at one point. Now they keep bringing people in from the shelter . Non stop music playing on every floors . My neighbor plays music until 6 am in the morning. Garbage all over the floors. Building walls are dirty. Building constantly smell like weed all day and night. In the summer. One tenant from the building. Open up all the water pumps and start washing cars all day and night. They party in front of the building until 7 am. They have a small swimming pool. In the street. They also have a guy who constantly stealing and repairing stolen scooter . all day and night they are driving all over the sidewalk and streets. I been living in the building for years and never had more than two hours sleep because there is always someone playing

3555 bruckner blvd. TRUST THE DAMN RATINGS!!!!! Only because I can’t give zero. They don’t care about mice or roaches because they are the mice and roaches. Mice and roaches probably rent there too. I was evicted and kicked out. Management became a ghost. I can’t contact them by phone or email to get my things. I have a whole court order! I’m at risk of losing all my things just because they won’t answer me, respond to me, or reach out to me. Feels like sabotage if I do say so myself.
