Artizan Apartments

Artizan is a lovely property. The staff is very helpful and the resident events are so fun! Shout out to Alisa. She showed us our new home, she was GREAT! Overall my partner and I love living here!

Moving into Artizan Apartments has been such a wonderful experience! The property looks amazing, and the amenities are truly top-notch - everything feels modern, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. From day one, Garrett and Ruben were an absolute pleasure to work with. They made the entire move-in process smooth, professional, and welcoming. I’m really enjoying my new home here and couldn’t be happier with the decision to move in. Highly recommend Artizan to anyone looking for a beautiful place to live in Oakland!

There’s no point having a leasing office, they are all clueless, elevator been broken for months, so many people use the other elevator I timed it and takes me about 10 minutes to use the elevator to go down or up, not convenient at all. Garage isn’t the most secured I would be worried about your car. Their gate sucks. Also if your package goes missing or you got a code for the locker they use for drop offs but it’s not working, inside walking over with their key and open it to check, they’ll ask you send a email wait a few days we’ll get to it when we get to it, this ain’t in-n-out ya not that busy, most the time just chillin there, no one wants to wait a extra 3-5 days for their important package that may be time sensitive just because ya don’t wanna get up and check the lockers. I moved into the Artizan eariler this year and for the first few months that I moved in, everything was immaculate. Things were being fixed right away and there were no maintenance issues, but as soon as they filled up the complex everything started to go downhill--from lack of cleanliness, proper functioning of basic amenities, to poor management response. one of the elevators has been broken for six weeks and will be broken for two more. this is one of the main elevators and has disrupted so many of our living experiences. moreover, management doesn't respond to any of our emails. The hot tub is consistently broken and they don't notify us when it's out of order. The stairways often stink with animal waste. The rent is too expensive to be dealing with this many issues!
