HONEST OPINION. The new staff.. WAY better than before. The managers are all three friendly and communicate extremely well. Professional but also not robotic. I will name them because I work in customer service and this matters. Jessica Kristen and Kuria. They do Events every month. Giveaways. You can tell they care. CLEAN PROPERTY ALWAYS SO CLEAN. Like any building, issues come up. But maintenance team is professional and tackle it al in great time. The elevators can have issues but get fixed quickly. All elevator companies suck… it’s not the property’s fault. It’s not a big enough property to where this really makes a difference so that’s good. This place is a scam. Called to request info about the property and staff was friendly and warm, felt like it would be a good fit. Sent in our application fee (which is $50, processing for this is $35 so they’re just pocketing the extra $15 per applicant). After paying the application fee, they need you to put a $500 “deposit” down before you even get accepted. They never called me to tell me that, just let my application sit until I called and was told I needed to pay a deposit for an apartment I haven’t even been accepted into yet. Fine, whatever. Waited a few days and never heard anything. Called back and was told I was denied and that their records indicated I opened the email. News to me! I checked my spam folder and found the email, after all their other emails went directly to my i

I often swing by the leasing office to chat with the team, especially as I’m wrapping up my day. They always make me feel welcome and appreciated, and their kindness and friendliness really boost my mood. Kristen and Jess are super friendly and go out of their way to help, making them stand out way more than any other leasing office I've been to. Brett is also consistently warm and easy to talk to, which makes every visit feel comfortable. The new staff team has really created a more positive and welcoming vibe, and it’s clear they genuinely care about the residents. We stayed at an airbnb here and I loved it. The concierge was so sweet and helpful. I loved the bohemian eclectic decor and the rooftop was amazing. I felt very safe here and reasonable parking was easy to find.
