Artisan Flats

This complex is beyond beautiful. The property Manager Christopher has made every step of the process to secure my dream apartment blissful. From his thoroughness on my tour, to the amount of communication he displays is beyond what I’ve ever experienced before with previous apartment complexes. Artisan flats demonstrates elegance and up to date modernness all in one. From the amenities to the sleekness of design in every room, what more could you ask for? I am so excited to call this place home soon! Chris is truly the best!

Dream apartment complex, truly. This place is gorgeous, lux, brand new, and honestly pretty affordable for the location. Chris is fantastic. I actually singed with another complex and lived there for 2 months before having to break the lease due to flooding and other issues—Chris was outstanding and flexible about getting me a tour, advancing my move-in date last minute, and ensuring I had a smooth move in. My studio unit is beautiful and spacious. In-unit washer/dryers, huge closets, fixed utilities and wifi already set up—I’m serious when I say this place is amazing. It’s a pretty small community and I’m so glad I snagged a unit. The pool, gym, rooftop, study/work areas all belong in a magazine. I love being here and never want to leave. 10/10. -edit again- The road got paved. The signs were taken down and not replaced. Back to 1 star. -edit- You guys put up a sign! Upgrading my review to 3 stars for being decent human beings! Someone is always parked in the non parking zone right on the corner of 27th and 5th ave. I've almost been in several wrecks because it is blocking the street and the crosswalk. The black Nissan in particular is a repeat offender.
