In my 7 years in this community, we have dealt with 4 different management companies and hands down, Arthur Edwards has been the best. Jill Van Wettering has been resourceful, responsible, and effective in working with our small community and has made us feel that regardless of size, that we matter. Thank you AEI!

Arthur Edwards Inc is the management company for Darlington Ridge Condo Association. Lisa R. Frank, is the VP Administrative Services, who is the representative for them. I was under contract to purchase a condo at the Darlington Ridge Condo Association but the sale fell through due to litigation against the seller of the condo I was purchasing that was uncovered during the title search but I was still charged by the HOA's management company Arthur Edwards Inc $470 for an HOA statement, which is a 1 pager, which just shows the condo fees, without my authorization for charging me that specific amount. They refused to refund me the $470 after I showed evidence that the transaction was cancelled by the title company. They have exorbitant fees, are thieves, and treat anybody who wants to live

Arthur Edwards should be called a mis-management company, instead of management. They wouldn't even complete basic tasks, like paying bills on time, let alone deal with major issues. After more than a decade of managing our building, we are finding issues that could have been prevented, had they been addressed in a timely manner. They never took interest in what is happening or did a building walk-through, just waited for us to call them when something needed repair, which of course was a higher expense than maintenance would have been. Those expenses grew even further, because they never bothered to look for a vendor who would give us s reasonable price. I recently was taking care of a loved one in North Jersey and we had a few small issues in our condo. I was told to get in touch with the property manager and before I could blink, someone was at the door to help us with our issues. I’ve been in business my whole life, and I have never seen such incredible service and such kind people as this property management company, Arthur Edwards Inc. I had to review this company for their well-deserve five star rating! I was also told that this is a family owned business and it makes the world of difference! You can absolutely tell by the attentiveness of their employees that family is in charge! I would highly recommend Arthur Edwards Inc. as a property management company if you are looking for one!

I am President of a large private community. Since I have been on the Board we have had two previous property managers that promised us everything and delivered nothing. We then hired Arthur Edwards Inc., who also promised us everything, and delivered beyond our utmost expectations. They have the personnel and contacts needed to obtain vendors, get estimates, make recommendations and follow up as the work is being done. This may sound as if they wrote the review but they have truly made my life and other Board members lives much easier by taking away work that we previously had to do.
