I recently worked with Let and Maria to renew my lease, and they were both absolutely wonderful. They made the entire process smooth, clear, and stress-free. I really appreciated how easy they made everything from start to finish. I’m so glad to still be living in this apartment complex and continue to be very happy here. I would love to give ArtHaus a 5 star review but there are a few issues. I understand that they were going through some sort of management changeover when we started the process of looking for an apartment but it took over a month and some missed opportunities to get an apartment. One apartment has been given away to another tenant although when we put in the application, they said it was available. For the second apartment the lease was drawn up with the wrong apartment number. We finally have an apartment however the maintenance issues are very slow to be handled. First off communication with maintenance is done through AI. before being handled by a human. It has been over a week and our garbage disposal is still not operational even though if someone just showed up with an Allen wr

Jorean has been a God sent! She is the only one who answered and helped solve any of my issues while living here. Arthaus is lucky to have her, she actually has empathy and great customer service naturally.

I love the location - right across the street from the lake! The leasing agent showed up right on time, answered all of my questions, and even recommended a few nearby places for lunch. Def check this place out.
