This apartment community is well maintained, clean, and organized. The common areas are cleaned regularly, which keeps the property looking neat and pleasant for residents. Crystal, the leasing office manager, is polite, professional, and helpful. She communicates well with residents and helps organize occasional community events that bring residents together. Maintenance service is excellent. Rodney is very responsive, quick to address issues, and always does a great job fixing problems when they arise. His work and professionalism are appreciated by many residents. One concern in the community has been noise coming from neighboring apartments through the walls at night. Management has sent general reminders to residents multiple times, which is appreciated, but the issue still occurs occ

Current resident and have enjoyed my time here. Crystal does such a great job in the office, with planning events and keeping up with any complaints or requests. She goes above and beyond! Mr. Rodney is the maintenance man and he does a phenomenal job, he is up early every morning cleaning the grounds outside and keeping the lobby, and elevators clean. Any time we have a maintenance request he is quick to resolve the concern. Mr. Rodney and Crystal do a great job keeping Artena a great community!

I truly love living at Artena Manassas, and a big reason why is because of Rodney and Crystal. They go above and beyond every single day to make sure this community stays clean, organized, and safe for all of us who live here. You can really tell they care about the residents and take pride in maintaining such a beautiful place to call home. Rodney and Crystal are always professional, friendly, and quick to help whenever something comes up. They work hard to keep the property looking great, make sure everything is running smoothly, and create a welcoming environment for everyone. Because of their dedication and the way they manage things, this community truly feels like home. Honestly, if it wasn’t for Rodney and Crystal and the amazing job they do, I would probably move somewhere else.
