Artcraft Management

I put in a maintenance request for the heater in my unit two weeks ago and no one has come to fix it. It's been around 20 - 45 degrees everyday. I have also been without working water for two days because of work they're doing on the unit below me. This company does not provide livable conditions.

Nothing but issues since new management at villas cedarhurst. If I could I would cancel my lease and move out, I will not be renewing my lease. Manager makes excuses for everything, she is rude with an attitude, hard to get ahold of and doesn't resolve issues. I normally get an electricity bill from cedarhurst on my app which I have proof of that I got billed for the electricity and it was paid in full, well the manager tried telling me they didn't send out bills for electricity. Needless to say my electric got shut off because they didn't bill the bill even though I already paid them. They made me call dominion and they says tell them to pay the bill. I hear to make my own account with them but it is on a 2 day hold do I'm still without electricity and I have a one year oh yeah and all my

If I could give zero stars, I would. My apartment had mold that was never fixed, and maintenance always marked the job as complete. When I asked to be moved to a different unit, they kept me waiting. Then, the manager started charging me $250 month-to-month because I wouldn't resign a lease for the same unit. Mind you, the previous manager stated I could continue paying the same rent until they found a suitable unit for me to move into. The current manager, Kristen Palau, refused to remove the month-to-month charge, even though I showed her an email from the previous manager assuring me that the charge would not apply. On top of all this, the apartment walls had so much mold (a health hazard they ignored) that never got resolved. Not to mention, the AC started leaking and soaked my bedroo

-2nd part of my complaint. Do not go to this company. I was promised by the Regional Manager that I would be receiving a refund for my application fee due to the problems I was having with on of their properties. I should have known she was lying because I have yet to receive the refund back, and she is now not returning or answering my calls. The “luxury apartments”are palmetto bug infested the neighborhood is dirty. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time.
