I have been here for 4 years now and have experienced my fair share of the property and staff. The property is amazing for the outdoor enthusiast with great trails right by the river. The river causes flooding a few times a year so that is to be expected. From the leasing office to the maintenance staff, they have always been swift and prompt to resolving any of my issues. I believe they have a lot on their hands and are short staffed compared to how many properties they are maintaining and keeping up with. I recently had some issues at my apartment and Chandeleir McCalvin the new property manager handled my situation with care and professionalism. I'm looking forward to seeing what improvements and changes happens in the future, and having top-tier staff is a great way to start the new

We moved here at the beginning of December and have had a great experience so far. We love our home and neighbors tend to be courteous and respectful in the surrounding units. The office handles any questions and complaints promptly and efficiently. We’ve only had to complain about our upstairs neighbor walking heavily/stomping at late hours. Since the office has reached out to the unit, they have been much more respectful of the noise. Matthew and Joshua on the maintenance team are great and have handled all of our requests pretty quickly after submitting them. Overall, Arrive is a nice community with so many friendly people and we have no plans of wanting to leave anytime soon!

We lived in these apartments for about a year, and the only reason we moved out was because we relocated to another city. Overall, it was a wonderful place to live — very peaceful and quiet, surrounded by beautiful nature. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, perfect for anyone looking to escape the noise of the city. We always felt safe in the area, and the neighborhood has a very welcoming and secure feel to it. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable and tranquil place to live.

One of the worst nightmare decisions I've ever made in my nearly 40 years of life... My 10-month lease went something like this: -Parties all night long first month til 5am -Improper water billing and water problems that took months to resolve -glass shards/ceramic remnants in parking lots/stairwell costing me a flat tire on my vehicle and a cut on my foot -gas leaks from stove sporadically while at work and living alone -parking lots have insulation foam deterioration everywhere likely due to flooding. Personally, I find this hazardous to all the pets living here. -packages not getting delivered. -a 50-dollar bingo prize that embarassingly had only 2 dollars and some change leftover on it that I found out at checkout was the case with my girlfriend. -years of drain buildups in bathroom

Embarrassing excuse for a “Luxury” apartment. Since moving here, I have experienced, on multiple occasions, rats getting into the apartment, ants in the kitchen, and the garbage compactor getting stuck and making loud noises all through the night. The maintenance department is poor, and despite having significant water oozing through my floors and carpets in the winter, I was told there is no problem and that maintenance can’t do anything about it. Property managers are equally unhelpful when requesting support. Do not live here
