ARIUM Citrus Run

The move in process was seamless and the staff made my out-of-state move-in so simple considering I wasn't close by to come in and tour. I was extremely pleased with the treatment i was given and the consideration. You can tell everyone goes the extra mile to provide you with comfort and care. Loved it!

I recently moved in to Arium Citrus Run and I couldn’t be more pleased with how beautiful the property is. The staff here have been quick to respond with questions or maintenance requests. My apartment is clean and has a great view of a lake with a lot of nature to enjoy. It is quiet and peaceful. I have lived in apartments for years and this experience has been great. I highly recommend Arium Citrus Run to anyone that is looking for a new home. Moving can be stressful but the staff has made the experience smooth.

I had an excellent experience during my application process at ARIUM Citrus Run. I want to give a special thank-you to Cindi and Shane, who made everything incredibly easy, fast, and stress-free. Both of them showed a very kind, professional, and positive attitude, answering all my questions with patience and guiding me through every step. Their support truly made a difference, and it's clear they genuinely enjoy helping others. Thanks to them, I was able to complete my application without any complications and with complete clarity. Been here for a year now, and really enjoying it. Maintenance has always been in top of any issues I've had, and in particular....Carlos has really gone out of his way to ensure I've had a great expirience in living here. A couple small issues arose, and Carlos took care of it that day and/or as soon as physically possible(parts, appliance replacement etc..) He was very communicative, friendly and genuinely expressed care. I feel very fortunate to have such a great staff that has supported my first time renting. I look forward to staying here going forward.
