Aria Residency – Unacceptable Conditions After 3 Years I lived at Aria Residency for three years, and I can honestly say the living conditions were unacceptable. One of the most serious and ongoing problems was the constant foul smells coming from the old apartment structure. These odors were present throughout my time there and made the apartment uncomfortable and unhygienic to live in. Even worse, there was a cockroach problem, which is completely unacceptable in a residential building. Seeing cockroaches inside your own living space is disturbing and speaks volumes about the level of maintenance and cleanliness of the property. Good customer service is very important and the office staff and manager have been very helpful nice and friendly. It was very simple to apply online get everything signed online was a must for me since I moved from Houston. It was an easy transition great experience. The apartment was cleaned and ready to move in as told. It’s a quiet nice apartment complex, pool is good size and always clean and I love that the trash gets picked up by Mesquite 3 x a week so never see over loaded trash. I have no complaints truly recommend Aria for your next home.

I've been living here for two years and I absolutely love it. Office staff is always professional and outstanding customer service. Property manager Jennifer is the absolute best and the maintenance man is by far the best too and he responds quickly and efficiently.

Shout out to the maintenance team for always having positive attitude and courtesy. I have no concerns or problems in the apartment I recently moved in. The office team is helpful and friendly!
