Ardmore Townhomes by True Homes

I walked through the Two different town home models and they were surprisingly pretty And somewhat spacious inside. The location you can't beat because it's a very safe area.And everything is nearby.However I think the price needs to come down a little bit. The three bedroom two bath is a little over three hundred thousand and the two bedroom is under three hundred thousand. And in a seller's market that's good pricing.But, This is really no longer a seller's market. I think the market is changing and I think with interest rates as they are and the economy definitely slowing down into a recession...., I think the price it needs to come down a little bit. But I do think it's gonna make a nice community. In a very nice, safe area
