Ive lived at this home for over 3 years with my cat daughter and absolutely love it! The leasing staff from the beginning have been kind, friendly and respectful. Even the maintenance staff have been wonderful and they take care of the grounds with integrity and the utmost attention. Hands down would recommend their properties. The one on Marshall Ave is minutes from the Mississippi river and highly recommend the scenic trails year-round. Beautiful spot nestled in a safe and quiet neighborhood. There are 20 units (mostly studios) in the building and all the residents are friendly and welcoming. The building was built in 1931 and has charming deco architecture in and outside the units. Laundry is onsite with 2 washers and 2 dryers, operated via credit card reader or apple pay.

I currently live in the 1609 Ford Parkway Tower Apartments and I’ve been loving it so far! My unit is really nice and a great size and management has been responsive, helpful, and friendly. I was originally going to move in to one of their other properties, but I wouldn’t have been able to move in until after my previous lease was already over. They offered this property so I could move in right away without needing to figure out where to keep all my stuff in between apartments. The community manager, Alicia Thomas, even went to the property to get me a video tour since I didn’t have the time to come see it in person. Alicia and Nicole were super helpful with all of my questions and move-in! I would definitely recommend leasing with them!

I’ve been living at East River Plaza Apartments for a while now and honestly couldn’t be happier. The place is clean, quiet, and feels really safe. The team from Arcadia Management has been awesome they’re super friendly and always quick to help out whenever something comes up. My apartment itself is really comfortable, and I love how convenient the location is. It’s close to everything I need, and the community has a nice, welcoming vibe. Overall, it’s just been a great experience living here. Definitely recommend East River Plaza if you’re looking for a place that’s well taken care of and run by people who actually care about their residents.
