Arbors at Carrollwood Apartments

I just recently moved to Tampa and this apartment complex has been one of the best things to happen to me! Staff is beyond helpful and quick to respond. The community is very dog friendly and tidy. I couldn’t be happier with my choice!

I absolutely love living here. The front office staff is truly the best — always friendly, helpful, and professional. Jackeline, Julie, and Leidy are amazing and go above and beyond to make residents feel welcome and taken care of.

The leasing guy on Friday Aug 29, was extremely rude. I would never rent an apartment in a place where I was disrespected before I even move in! Changed my mind about moving here. You can thank the man that is in your leasing office today. Maybe you can hire someone who is not running your tenants away. Who likes people and their job. Thanks for listening.

The rent app was down on the first of the month for the whole day and the office was aware of this. I called to make sure they were aware. When it was finally back up, we tried to pay rent, but got no confirmation screen like it normally does. No confirmation screen = rent not paid. So we do it again and get a confirmation screen this time. Looking at our bank account we discover that they took out rent for two months. That is $2,000 extra this month. When asked if we could get refunded for that extra amount instead of having it go to next month, we were told we’d have to pay a $75 fee because “you pushed the button twice.” We pushed the button twice because nothing indicated it went through the first time. This place has ROACHES!! The big nasty kind!!! Current resident .. not comfortable adding my actual name. It’s been so bad I’ve had to purchase my own roach treatment and they just keep coming!!! Two stars because the place isn’t all that bad Management definitely pulled a bait and switch with the apartment promised though.
