Arbor Pointe Apartments

I would not recommend living at Arbor Pointe. When we moved in, there were roaches in the apartment. Management knew I was pregnant at the time, which made the situation even more stressful and concerning for our health. Communication with the office has been terrible. It is very difficult to get responses when you reach out, even about important things like payments or lease questions. The staff often seem uninformed and out of touch. For example, one of the office employees didn’t even know what TANF was, which is surprising since many families rely on programs like that. The rent pricing also makes no sense. New families are being offered a 2 bed / 2 bath for around $1,450, while a 2 bed / 1 bath is going for about $1,650. Meanwhile, other residents who have lived here since 2019 say

UPDATE: I cannot stress this enough. Find somewhere else to live. Another 3 weeks and my blind changers are still in the unknown. I was told by the manager that she emailed billing 3 times and billing told me they never received anything. Was sent by the manager a picture of broken blinds that are clearly not even my apartment. The picture they sent me show that there is a building covering half of the window. My pictures are my blinds 2 days before I gave them the keys (was already moved out) and you can clearly see it’s not the same apartment. There is such a bad miscommunication between them. Or one of them is just lying. Whatever the case maybe, don’t move in unless you want a headache. If I could give zero stars and still right a comment I would. This apartment complex has poor manag

So far so good! We moved in about a month ago and management has been very accommodating. We moved from out of state and they made that easy on us. I'm super grateful for that. Our neighbors are quiet and kind and the walls here are thick enough you don't hear the noise of base or people outside unless your windows are open. Landscaping is very tidy and the unit we moved into was super clean. Other reviews mention pet waste being a headache but it's not a problem I've noticed. There are plenty of pet waste stations about and the neighbors (at least in my building) don't leave it in high traffic areas. Neighborhood is full of families which was great for me as a parent. I have lived here for only two months and have had two office workers coming in my apartment while I was asleep without a notice or permission. Things are sketchy here. They won't fix my washer and dryer properly which using the laundry mat is draining my pockets. The dryer set on fire the day the maintence "fixed it" so ill be demanding they replace it On top of that if your even the slightest bit late on rent they will send you multiple false eviction notices. I got one saying I had 30 days and then 2 days later I get one saying I have a week. Leaving me panicked. They are rude. They all have an attitude.
