When we first moved to Olympia, we didn't know how long it would take for us to find a house to buy, so we wanted to rent an apartment with a short-term, flexible lease, but also something really nice. We were blessed to find Arbol Grande. The leasing agent, Sebastian Antezana, worked with us and the owner to come up with a lease that was more than fair. And we absolutely loved our furnished apartment at Arbol Grande! It was an absolute showplace.
Love my Management team .sooooo Glad they bought the property, because they fix what's needed very promptly..no hassle, always kept clean.. Management goes out of their way to make sure we come and leave to a clean environment...the small neighborhood is perfect and out the way.. my children play safely in birds eye view.. and it is a quiet place to lay after a hectic day,I enjoy and am happy with the space and patio for every season to watch nature from the patios view.
Love the Apt but no place for kids to play ☹️ and Land Lord is very rude
They look clean.
