Absolute trash housing corporation. Any tenant complaint is disregarded despite literal emergency conditions, just check the violation record for any building they own. They take advantage of New Yorkers who can’t afford to go anywhere else while smiling in the community’s face and saying they’re helping. The office is such a mess they can’t even figure out who lives where and whether or not they paid rent, causing them to send rent paying tenants overdue rent notices and eviction slips. They forced me and my neighbors to go without adequate heat and hot water during the holidays, which were quite literally the coldest days of the year. They are a good management company. I lived in 2 of the buildings that they managed. I have no complaints.
