Appleton Manor Apartments

If you are looking to rent here I can tell you this: I really love my 1 bedroom apartment. It is absolutely perfect for my boyfriend and I. They're affordable, located near the interstate for our commute, and yet they're sitting off the road a bit "out the cut" and actually off in this little quiet area. The apartments are clean and well maintained, both inside and out. I had an issue with my heat the owner Jason had maintenance here with a solution in less than 10 minutes and it fixed completely in days. The neighbors are all very nice and pretty quiet and you couldn't ask for a better landlord.

I've lived here for a little over a year and my family and we have enjoyed it. Any issues we have ever had, management is always on top of it and handles them professionally. My neighbors are all super kind and sweet as well. I've never lived somewhere that's made me this happy. The rent cost is very affordable for the quality of the units in my opinion. I've referred some friends and family here also because of how much I love living here.

I moved in a year ago, and honestly have no complaints. My rent is affordable the property is well maintained and anytime I have had any issues my landlord is extremely quick to respond and fix the issue immediately all while being friendly and helpful. And for those reasons I have chosen to renew my leases.

I have lived here for approximately 16 years and have truly loved it. The rent is very affordable and the management is wonderful. They are constantly trying to update and provide a better living environment. I recommend this property to anyone looking for a one or two bedroom apartment. An added feature for the two bedrooms is they do have washer/dryer hookup.
