Apartments of the Green

Elise and Jack both are amazing. They are very attentive to any issues or problems that occur on the property or in the apartments. They both listen to any concerns you have and address them in a timely manner. As long as you communicate with them they do the best to work with you. The apartments are pretty nice and the staff are very nice as well. If there is any problem , the staff do their best to help resolve it. The area is convenient. Banner Baywood is across the street, Albertsons is across the street as well as some restaurants . There are some strip malls a few miles away from the apartments. It is a busy area :) I would recommend living there.

The management is EXTREMELY JUDGEMENTAL,and Discriminatory, rude and have an outrageously nasty attitude. I have never seen such a suspect group in my life . Some of their practices are more than questionable.. I've never seen such intrusive and nosey landlords before. The amounts charged to move in here from places such as "Home Inc", are astronomical.. and no explanation about what the "$1,000.00, COMMUNITY Charge " is for .

Great place, staff super friendly, nice bar and the food is amazing!
