Anthem Mesquite Apartments

My son has been trying to just simply talk to someone to rent an apartment! I don't understand the lack of customer service. They text once and then never sent the information. That's literally having your company miss out on money. He has perfect credit and can go anywhere. I've ran apartment communities before and you literally have to follow up with all forms of traffic.

This is the only place I've ever lived that didn't give me back my deposit I take good care of my apartments and ensure to leave it like I found it! Not only did they keep it but they charged me an extra 75$ . Everyday our apartment smelled of weed it's like we might of well been the ones smoking it. People left trash out on the weekend causing foul orders and animals getting inside and making the hallways a mess. You can never get ahold of management unless you go in person. And they don't give a flying turkey about you except for LISET she's a sweet heart the other lady is there collecting free money worthless!!! Pool was never open the price doesn't match the esthetics

Comfortably affordable and apartments are clean, only not a 5 star because getting in contact with the office is exceedingly difficult as their phone number on the website almost always fails to connect. It's also at some points quite difficult to get necessary paperwork unless you speak to the apartment management directly

If I could give negative stars, I would. First, the property looks nothing like the edited pictures. It is always filthy due to negligence on the property and the tenants. People leave their trash outside in the breezeways, outside of trash days, with no repercussions. Therefore, there are RATS everywhere! The gates have been broken for over a year so all kinds of people come into the property. The night my car was broken into, there were THREE other cars as well broken into. The property did absolutely nothing and the broken glass from all of our windows stayed in the parking lot for weeks after the incident! Management and office staff are less than helpful, borderline useless. They never answer the phones, unhelpful in person, you get a different answer from everyone you talk to, and

PLEASE save your time and money. i have been looking at apartments in the area for a couple months now and came across the anthem, decided to take a tour and fell in love w the property and was genuinely excited to move in. ive read the reviews from tenants and started to second guess myself but i decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. i was WRONG. after my tour, the leasing agent (i forgot her name) said she will send me an email with the following steps on how to apply, extra information, etc. a couple hours pass by and still no email so i decided to reach out asking to send the information over once they get the chance... they never did. i had to get some personal stuff situated and after waiting a couple months, i was finally ready to start my apartment search again. i applied
