Anson on Palmer Ranch

The Office Staff and the Maintenance Staff are the best I have had in my many years of apartment living. A special shout out to Ramon who was on call on a Sunday (lives off site) and was here within 25 minutes to replace my smoke detectors which were sounding off. Any time I have an issue, Ramon and Louis are quick to resolve and very professional! I am very happy to know that I am in good hands here. It really does make a difference when you have an office staff and maintenance staff that are top of their game!

There is nothing about this place that we don't like. We absolutely love living here. Every single person on the staff is incredibly friendly. The amenities are fantastic and well taken care of. All staff Personnel responds to attention immediately and quickly. Maintenance requests are taken very seriously and promptly completed . It's quiet here and a very pleasant place to live. We highly recommend living here.

I usually don’t do reviews, but I really think this place deserves for me to take a moment and make one. Just moved in recently and wow. The staff here is great, they make you feel more like a guest at a resort than a tenant of a complex. At the heart of it all is the Property Manager Lori. Her and the staff are always polite and quickly responsive. The grounds are always maintained perfectly. I really can’t say enough good things about this place. And as we all know, good staff starts with good management.

We’ve lived here for a year and a half. Luis and Ramone do a great job keeping up with maintenance requests in a timely manner. Lori and Royce are attentive to resident concerns and are all always pleasant to talk to.

Today was our move in day. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The Residents that we have met just love it hear. Some have been here over 6 years. It is the perfect location close to everything you need Costco, Walmart the beach and many restaurants. Royce and Jessica are a great asset to Anson. Fast forward We have been at Anson on Palmer Ranch for 5 months now . We singed a 7 month lease originally. So we just received our options for renewal. We are building a home so we wanted to extend our lease another 6 months. And guess what they want to raise our rent another $370.00. That’s not happening, see you later Anson. We found a two year old home in the area we are building for $2200 a month. So we will be moving. In my opinion that is a huge increase so beware.
