Andover Place at Cross Creek

This review is regarding my move in experience. Highly satisfied with the front office service. Jaylin & Jayden was very welcoming, attentive, and communicative. Answered any question I had and never gave bad energy! The self tour and the website always being updated is very convenient. You can communicate with the team via text. I think I’m going to like it here. Just make sure to read and ask a bunch of questions there is a fee for everything! Other than that, I’ll be doing an updated review further into my lease here. So far I’m happy. Thank you Jacqueline for getting me moved in on short notice. Thank you Jayden for being very helpful. Thank you Jaylin, you were a sweetheart and so knowledgeable of the community. I would hire you for my company!

My washer has been out of order over a week and my replacement was gross and moldy. Also my neighbors throw trash away in the hallways and trees. Doesn’t feel like a good environment when you wake up everyday to trash. Especially with high rent, you want to be proud of what you’re paying for, this is not it. Unfortunately I had my hopes up but they let me down.

Update: shortly after posting this review I received correspondence from the leasing office that I was causing a “continued unreasonable disturbance” simply by addressing legitimate concerns and was threatened with eviction. I have been a resident at Andover Place for over three years, and unfortunately, the condition of the property and the quality of management have steadily declined during that time. If you work remotely or rely on consistent internet access, this is not the place for you. Residents are required to pay $70 per month for Gigstreem community-wide WiFi, yet outages are frequent and prolonged. Just this week alone, the internet was down all day Monday, Wednesday, and again on Thursday. Despite multiple reports to management, there has been no resolution or meaningful comm

Apartments are nice but it’s roach invested like REAL BAD ! They Even did a whole complex roach clean out and didn’t help with anything. They allow littering in the community and the small little forests by the community no regard to nature and animals.. The dogs poop everywhere and don’t get picked up and office doesnt hold accountable. They nickel and damn everything. Charging for guest parking is wildddd. Honestly paying so much to live in a roach infested home is also wild. I also was towed wrongfully three times. Spoke with the office about it. They refused to assist mind Did you. This was in one month. Loss over $1000. Staff is rude. Talk down to you and extremely condescending just overall that experience. Both ladies at the leasing office were very nice and helpful, they were able to move me in under 2 days. Apartments are clean and look well maintained and up to date. My apartment was clean. Would give 5 stars but parking is a issue almost no parking at all.
