They are the most unprofessional and disgusting company. Me and my family had the carbon monoxide detector go off we called 911 and the fire department told us we couldn’t stay that we had to leave because we could die .. it was at a 55 that’s dangerous We contacted them and they wouldn’t help they continued to say it’s up to your owner we said then what the hell are you good for a they hung up on us .. now we have filed a claim with code enforcement on them as well as the owner of our apartment. All they want is your money they don’t care for the safety of the tenants. I can go on and on about them . The only reason I put 1 star is cause it makes me …: I would NEVER NEVER give them that .. Horrible horrible horrible service and people… I have been waiting for the manager Ben to call me back 2 weeks ago.. They don’t care about there tenants or the conditions that they live in. All they care about is getting there money. I have made many requests for maintenance to come and take care of the hole in my room and well as the hole in my backyard roof and nothing as been done .. I have contacted them many of times letting them know that parts of the roof keeps falling off and is a danger to us and how it can be a law suit and still they don’t care for our safety.. Absolutely awful, arrogant property management company that made my end of lease process a complete nightmare. They deducted $450 from my security deposit for cleaning because I didn’t have the apartment professionally cleaned. In California, landlords cannot deduct money for cleaning if you return the property to the same level of cleanliness, even if it’s in the lease agreement. I deep cleaned myself and returned it in stellar condition, minus some minor and expected wear and tear, yet they still charged me $450 for cleaning. And despite multiple months of attempting to discuss and citing California statute, they had zero communication or response or really any desire to work with me even after I filed small claims action. If I could give zero stars, I would. This company seems to exclusively consider how they can extract every single cent from tenants. The staff is rude. They returned the security deposit late, deducted amounts that should not be deducted, and refuse to communicate on finding a compromise. Tenants should not have to consider legal action in order to get their rightful money returned. Their mission statement says, "To inspire trust, honesty, integrity, quality, and professionalism" - nothing about this experience has inspired anything listed above. I would advise any potential tenant to stay as far away from this miserable experience as possible.

Horrible Horrible Horrible Company! I have no idea how their System work! poor communication! I was the first applicant right after they posted a rental. I was the 1st to submit application and it took them 14 days for their Socalled " Property owner" to make a decision! I have a very good credit and I am Pretty sure they haven't even run my credit. Stay away from these people.
