You probably have a better chance connecting to the president then getting in touch with Sherry. I don’t even know how this is a licensed title office. Horrific communication, Sherry will not call you back. When we were talking to one of the agents and we expressed our concern, she slightly snickered on the phone and completely dismissed any urgency we had. You’d probably have a better experience transacting your house at Amscot than this title office.

I was worried after reading the reviews but I couldn’t have had a better experience!!! Sherry kept me informed throughout the transaction, she was responsive, answered and returned calls promptly and was amazing with my clients, explaining things to them at closing that were very helpful. Very pleasant experience and I’d definitely work with her again! Thanks for everything.

Sherry is not professional, she doesn’t respond to emails, and worst of all is not a person of her word. I have tried to contact her 8 times now regarding a release of my escrow monies that she promised to wire a day after closing. Here we are a month later and I still have not gotten my money a response to my or my realtors phone calls or any of the numerous emails. Steer clear from this title company as I have never had such a terrible experience. I have closed over 50 deals and this by far is the worst transaction. She was unprofessional before closing and continues to be more of the same.

Sherry a title agent had the worst communication, out of any company I have worked with. Between the agent and myself, we reached out over 10 times asking for a call back, text etc or documents that had already been processed to be sent to us. Eventually my agent went to the title agency in person and retrieved the documents. Only positive was she was pleasant on the phone if you were lucky enough to get ahold of her.

I highly recommend to stay far away from this company, the owner Sherry S, avoids any phone calls and then says she’ll keep you updated daily and doesn’t!! We bought a piece of property to invest and there was a double wide trailer on property and there was a lien on trailer and they were our title company and missed this information. 12 years later we’re selling it and the hassle we went through because of there fault not researching the information that was there job to do .. Needless to say we had to postpone the closing and reschedule, but Sherry never returned any of my phones calls!! Very unprofessional then makes her workers do her dirty work and lie.. Choose wisely when you want a title company!!
