My husband and I both spoke with a “customer care representative” There was “No care”. Paying our bill was impossible, both through the website and phone system. The representative was having a bad day & got angry that what she was telling us to do was not working. The “authentic token” they just added to pay thru Internet or phone was unrecognizable no matter how it was entered. I wish that I could give a negative star. I’ll be mailing a check.

the customer service was great not as bad as others were saying. i was having a problem with getting into my account and i had left a voice mail and they called back rest my password and helped me out.

so i have noticed this company gets a lot of complains about its customer service but they really do try and help the best they can yes they could answer the phone faster and this token thing kind of sucks but other then that i was helped without problem once they answered.

This is the worst customer service I have EVER experienced in my whole life. Kathy was extremely rude, unprofessional and REFUSED to let me speak to someone else or a supervisor. I called two different times and she hung up on me TWICE. Then did not pick up the phone. I will be taking this to our town who sadly uses them. If you are thinking of using this company don't!

If providing poor service was an Olympic sport, this place would take gold. These folks have truly earned their wall-to-wall 1-star reviews. Bravo. A masterclass in doing the absolute least.
