Amelia at Westshore

I recently moved into Amelia at Westshore and couldn’t be happier with my decision. The community is beautiful, well-kept, and has such a welcoming atmosphere. From day one, the staff has been incredibly helpful, but I especially want to call out Marcos. He has been such a kind and friendly presence, always greeting me with a smile and going above and beyond whenever I need assistance. It makes such a difference to feel truly supported and cared for where you live, and Marcos embodies that perfectly. Thank you for making this place feel like home!

I lived in Amelia for 1 year, 3 bedroom 2.5 bathrooms, recently reformed apartment. There are positive and negative points in my opinion. The bad stuff: If you live in an apartment facing the Main Street you will hear all the traffic and it can get pretty loud since it is a busy street with trailer and motorbikes constantly passing by, not great if you aren’t a heavy sleeper. Appliances are on the older side, especially dishwasher isn’t the best and our dryer would take long to dry. It did get better after they did some maintenance on it but it wasn’t great and I wonder how it impacted our electricity bill. All hallways and stairs are pretty dirty full of bugs and debris, not sure I ever seen them cleaning them at all. No elevator so moving in/out and transporting groceries can be tough.

They made the entire leasing process smooth and stress-free, answering all our questions and keeping us informed every step of the way. The amenities are very well maintained and clean. Update 9.18.2025 | Management has really stepped it up in the last few months. The transition was rough, but they’ve done a great job addressing it and not beating around the bush. They’ve got things running smoothly again and have started up the events like food trucks and a social. Overall, things are looking like they’ll be even better than the previous management left it, which is saying a lot because they were incredible. Things feel welcoming and inviting and I’m glad they turned it around. Great job JAG team. Glad to be here. Go anywhere else. Marcos was an outstanding leasing agent throughout my move-in process. He was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about the building and its amenities. He took the time to answer all of my questions, guided me through each step with patience, and made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and seamless. His responsiveness and attention to detail made me feel confident in my decision, and it’s clear he genuinely cares about helping residents.
