This is a replacement of my original post. I was upset with how subcontractors were behaving at the site next door to us. But a great guy named Clay turned a bad review into a golden opportunity to show how great Alvarez actually is. Clay came by our home in person and apologized for any inconvenience explaining they had lost a project manager for that site due to personal problems which left them temporarily in the lurch. Clay has taken over, given me his card, and just did a wonderful job of turning something negative into a positive. And so based on that experience I can recommend these guys. Ask for Clay.

I've practiced law and represented consumers for 20 years in this area and I'm pretty difficult to impress. What really makes Alvarez stand out is how Bobby in particular, but his whole company and everyone that works for them, not just stand by their word, but go above and beyond and exceed expectations. The kind of work Alvarez does represents a massive undertaking for their clients...and that undertaking represents a very real leap of faith. When the guy whose name is on the company answers calls, stands behind every word and is responsive to every concern....that leap of faith is one you can take with great confidence.
