If I could give this place negative stars I would. They evicted my husband and I the same day they towed my car, there were no notifications of evictions or reason to tow. How was I supposed to move all of our things out while making sure my car didn't get towed? The Sheriff even told me that they gave him a warning January 8th and the 18th, which is a lie as there were no notices. They allowed someone to steal some of our belongings not even 24 hrs after our eviction, the total value is above $5k. The men that moved my things out of my husband's apartment spoke Spanish and said that they were going to take my things. My comics, PS5, Tv and other things. This place is a slum. Management a slum lord. I have no water for the third time in less than a month. They offer all these excuses but never fix the issues. The are still running sprinkles in the dead of winter and wonder why the have pipe issues. It doesn't take a genius! People dump their trash at the top of the entrance staircase which doesn't get addressed for a week. The excuses is housekeeping isn't here on weekends. How about the other 5 days?! Update: I called on Monday 2/16/2026, I spoke with Caitlin. I told Caitlin who I was and she instantly had a disposition because she seen my review on Google. Caitlin said that I needed to send her pics of the unit not being damaged, I told Caitlin to zoom in on the pic in the review. Caitlin told me that she refused to zoom in on a picture from a review. I told Caitlin she seemed to have a disposition from all of the negative reviews on Google! She yelled at me and hung up the phone!! Caitlin Honey! Edit: well it’s currently 6 months in and I haven’t had a good experience. There’s police here so frequently we might as well be a police station. Had a person on drugs go crazy with a fire extinguisher. Currently there is a pile of poop in the staircase I use daily which is appalling and unsanitary. Also looks like someone rampaged down the hall and ripped signs off the walls. The fire alarm goes off all the time. Doesn’t matter day or middle of the night. Some weeks it’s almost daily. They don’t give you 24hr notice when they plan to enter your apartment. I work nights and I have a dog so notice is important. Brandon is always doing an amazing job fixing the place and even though my coworker and friend Tabitha got off to a rocky start she's settled in quite well and been on a long distance advertising campaign sharing the home office with men on mission and we are happy to have her and share a home office space together for our marketing and mailing flyers ext. Team work makes the dream work and everyone including staff and other tenants are respectful and get along great. :)
