Alliance Title & Escrow

To protect others who may use this Company in future . We paid Alliance from our house sale proceeds to transfer the title on new home purchase but we ended up paying it from our pockets to Asotin County title office in person after several months had past waiting to recieve our new homes Title 2 months of which the Asotin County Title office had our title sitting in their office waiting for the remaining balance owed by Alliance to complete the transfer. This Company led us on in 2 prior calls we made talking to two seperate title officers asking why its taking 2 months to get our Title in the mail, they both stating that they just now received the title and sent it off to be tranferred once during the first month we inquired then again after another 2 months past , hows that e

Funny how they say they are going to do something and take weeks to get back to you. Especially when they owe you money. When you call them it's like calling a fish, can't remember anything beyond 1 minute. Yet they expect new customers to trust them with their money. I wonder if they are skimming off the top, or the owner hires based lap dances instead of qualifications.

So far not impressed. They were demanding when it came to collecting my LLC operating agreement and incorporation papers weeks before the closing date, but when I call up needing to know the exact amount of the transaction 5 business days before we are due to close, they don't have it, with an "I'll try to get it to you this afternoon".

I'm not impressed either. My wife and I went in seeking assistance with our title and they REFUSED to help or even listen to us because we weren't buying or selling. YET, when we hired an attorney for assistance and her team ran into issues, they said they'd seek assistance from Alliance. I told them about our experience and the reply was they've worked with them in the past... so, I don't know what kind of organization they're running there.

As a real estate agent I have had hundreds of transaction with both the Lewiston & Clarkston Alliance Title Co offices. Both are fantastic! They are always super professional and do a great job.
