Allegro Lynnwood

I’ve lived at Allegro Lynnwood for about six months, and it’s safe to say I will not be renewing my lease. While the property has a lot of potential, there are serious issues with upkeep, safety, and overall management. The grounds are poorly maintained. Dog waste problem is completely out of control. Dog poop is everywhere, on sidewalks, in parking lots, etc. I know that this is a tenant responsibility, however, the sheer amount of waste suggests there is little to no enforcement. It’s unsanitary and extremely frustrating. It makes me not want to walk my dogs around the complex at all. I’ve had a very positive experience with the staff here, and I truly appreciate how supportive and professional everyone has been. From start to finish, it felt like the team genuinely cared and always tried their best to help. Juan from the maintenance team was especially reliable and thorough. Whenever something needed attention, he handled it quickly and carefully, which made a big difference in feeling comfortable and taken care of. Jaime was consistently kind, patient, and clear in her communication, making the entire process much easier and less stressful. UPDATE (1/6/26) We've downgraded our star rating from 3 to 2 now. The loose dog stools around the property is getting worse and parking situation is worse than ever. Do not move to Allegro. Will not be renewing my lease. Property manager and leasing agent do not get back to you and lie to you about the price of utilities. Utilities are through the roof ($350+) and there is no explanation for certain charges. I have an entire story, but Google is not allowing me to type the full thing as it's too long. I am extremely disappointed in this and feel deceived. UPDATE: Tried to call yesterday in response to their review (they asked), got the voicemail, left a message and never heard anything back. Typical behavior for them. Super weird considering leasing agent Jaime Schwed said it was "unprofessional" and "unacceptable" for them when property manager, Alan Webb, did that to me the previous few times.

I've been living here 2+ years, The manager Alan, the Assistant Manager Neil and Payton have been incredible. They are always on top of everything. The Maintenance staff are also amazing sometimes even coming day of to fix something you need. Best place to live in Lynnwood by far. Happy to call this amazing complex home.
