If I could give them no starts I would . Please be advised they are a scam. I was previously renting from an agent name GAYLE SHORT. Gayle Short was the worst landlord I have ever dealt with to the point I had to terminate my lease . Gayle Short never keeps up with her property’s to the Point I had a leaving dishwasher for more than four months with no response. She never contacts you u less she is trying to scam you out of some money . Please be advised she is a scammer.

Communication could've been improved at times but Mary had our back when the fire marshal evicted us on Christmas Day because of a burst fire sprinkler pipe in the apartment above ours when she had no obligation to do so. She made sure we didn't have to involve our renters insurance for an issue that wasn't even caused by us. Saving us from going into our deductible and filing a claim and making sure we were reimbursed for our food and hotel while we couldn't stay in the apartment. We also received our security deposit back and it was done in an expeditious manner. Within a week of moving out. Overall a good experience.

My experience at All/Pros was the absolute worst experience I've had with a property manager. They gladly took our 100 dollars in application fees and 350 dollar deposit on a house. Gayle Short could not reach us the day we turned in our application because she couldn't read the phone number, and instead of trying to call the other phone number on the application, or even the EMAILS, we were contacted two days later after repeated attempts to get in contact with our agent, then throughout the process she contacted us maybe twice during the entire process after more repeated attempts to contact her. One of which, she told us that the house was likely ours, but she would get the official OK Monday. More repeated attempts to reach Gayle Short all day Monday just to be left on read ( because s

My family was looking for a rental and I just so happened to stumble upon Kim N’s information and she was simply amazing. So knowledgeable, so helpful, and she really cared about helping my family find everything we needed in a home. She was so responsive. She literally helped us find an amazing home in one week’s time. She scheduled every viewing. We literally had a home to view the very next day after I made contact with her the first time. She also provided us with tips that would help us secure a home. I will forever be grateful for her services and the care and concern she showed me and my family. When I’m ready to buy I will definitely be using Kim.

She was 100% engaged from the beginning, sitting down with us and seeking our input and ultimate goals. She gave a thorough assessment of our home with realistic comps in the area, discussed improvements that needed to be made before listing and walked us through the process (even rolling up her sleeves and pitching in on several occasions)! All of the goals that we set (listing price, offers, closing dates, etc…) were achieved…and then some!!
