All County Property Management Pros

We have been living in an apartment managed by All County for almost two years. My husband, daughter and I love our little place, and are very happy with All County. If I ever have any sort of issue, or question I am able to reach out, send an email, and Foxworth is always prompt with his replies. He is very detailed and clear when answering my questions and helpful when addressing any issue. The entire team is very helpful, and kind, I have always felt like a priority when reaching out for assistance. There are a lot of property management companies in Sarasota, but not so many that take the time to get to know and understand each of their clients and renters. If you're looking for a place, you should definitely contact All County Pros.

I am not a renter, but, I am reviewing for a renter that is a very close family member. I have seen the conditions of the place, and seen first hand how this company operates when there are issues. I think that the positive reviews must be from the slummy property owners, not actual renters. These people charge a late fee on the 2nd if rent isn't paid- NO GRACE PERIOD- in all my years of renting, I have never seen this. The maintenance is sub par at best, yet they charge the market rate for their places. If there is an issue, and that issue causes your bills to increase ( due to a flaw/issue in the unit) they will take no responsibility for your increased bills, or for the loss of full use of your unit. Lawn care is a joke. I know sometimes people get in a bind and need to get in someplace

All County & Rich the maintenance guy are great! Rich came in working fast and efficiently. Very professional and just all around cool guy. I learned a few things from him also as he was doing repairs. My Rotti Loves him, all good vibes! He'll be yhe only person I request from now on.

I highly recommend All County Property Management. The team is professional and care for all their clients. In fact, they have procedures in place which protect both the owners and the tenants. Nicole Bell is absolutely amazing! Every question or issue I had was immediately handled and taken care of quickly and professionally. She made me feel like my needs were her number one priority and like I was her only tenant. Her kindness and concern is genuine. I appreciate her so much.
