Alice Williams Towers

I just had the best visit ever at Alice Williams Towers l & ll. Latisha & Benita were helpful, Professional and very Thorough!!! The grounds & building was very clean!! They answered all of my questions and I had alot, 😃 I Absolutely recommend this as your next home!!!! Ms Ruth

This small senior community, tucked away in a quiet corner of Lithonia is a pleasant place for the independent resident to live and thrive amongst neighbors transitioning into a shared stage of life. The staff seems knowledgeable and accommodating to the familiar and the unfamiliar, with the standouts being Benita (the Assistant Property Manager) and her boss, LaTisha (the Property Manager). The entire facility has been recently refreshed and looks crisp and contemporary. I can see why the waiting list is long!

Do not go here!!!! They do not care about their SENIOR residents, never was renovated they just cover up to make it less obvious… always a smell of bleach, mold, they have a rat infestation that has yet to dealt with. Rats have been seen in the laundry room, on resident’s fridge, their countertops…once again these are senior residents, the majority can’t even properly clean poisonous rat waste safely, their immune systems can’t handle the 70+ illnesses rat waste produces…I’ve contacted everyone possible. SHUT IT DOWN HELP THESE ELDERLY MEN &WOMEN

It was a good place for low income seniors until last October. A construction company busted a water main that caused a flood and several apartments on each of the 3 floors were damaged as well as the lobbies. To date, no repairs have been done and no explanation to us as to why no repairs. No one seems to care about us. The repairs were finally done the end of March and all of April. One apartment on the 3rd floor had a fixture left off of the bathtub and when the water was turned on, it flooded an apartment on the 2nd floor and one one the first floor. Repairs were not done properly on these 2 but management won't correct them.

The management is horrible very horrible that mistreat. the elderly people’s there they put other people business out there lots and lot of roaches !!
