She went FAR above and beyond to do everything in her power to set us up for success in selling our home, including coordinating various contractors to paint and carpet clean, buying things to stage the house, and literally helping us pack up our belongings into boxes in preparation for showing. We then left town for a long weekend, she showed the house to a ton of people, and she sold our house for $50k over asking in 3 days!
